DUNSTAN DESIGNS CREATES GOLF OASIS ON ANTIQUE ROW
WEST PALM BEACH, FL (March 7, 2009) — During the Historical Society of Palm Beach County's 11th Annual Evening on Antique Row on March 7, Dunstan Designs created a golf oasis to raise awareness for Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens.
The installation included a putting green and a lushly landscaped beer tent featuring Presidente cerveza, as well as an information booth for volunteers of the Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens to educate Evening on Antique Row's nearly 2,000 attendants about the historic property and its membership opportunities.
Visitors who putted a hole-in-one on the Dunstan Designs green received passes to The Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens, which comprise the former residence of sculptor Ann Weaver Norton (1905 -1982), the widow of Ralph Hubbard Norton. The house is listed in the National Register of Historic Places, and the 1.7 acre property, featuring a collection of 300 species of tropical palms, lies near downtown West Palm Beach on the Intercoastal Waterway.
